A Suicide Note..Dear Mum and Dad,A Suicide Note..
First of all you need to know that this is not your fault, It's mine, for I locked my problem inside me like a vault, Problems that I was never able to tell you, Problems that I'm sick of dealing with. I'm through.
I'm sick of pretending that everything's alright, I'm sick of having all these emotional demons to fight. I can't take my depressing life anymore, I realize I felt this way too often before.
I now know I'm not needed in this place, Just another stupid teen, just another ugly face. I can tell I'm secretly hated by everyone I know

How is everything going for you?!
Well, copyright retains the right of a creative work to the creator solely, so they have the control over how it is presented, distrubted, made available to the public and how it is licensed and to whom. Even if you don't have valid documentation of a copyright ownership, the law states that as soon as a piece is created, it is immediately copyrighted to the creator. Documentation just makes it a lot easier to prove your case if you were to ever have to take someone to court for theft, or claim royalties to an image that was not properly licensed to the usage etc.
The Licensing on here is optional, you do not have to select it when submitting your work, so if you are not sure on how you want it to be licensed, the safest bet to take is to leave them all blank and unselected as that retains the basic copyright laws to you.
Unfortunately, it doesn't outright prevent people from taking it -- there are always going to be theives and liars and corrupt people out there who are going to try to steal other peoples works, sadly. But the copyrights protects you from being taken advantage of so that way if you do happen to come across anyone who has stolen your work -even after the fact that it is clearly labeled as copyright- you can press charges against them appropriately. IE you can have the piece removed from other sites, you can sue them for copyright enfrindgement or plagerism, or you can press charges for unclaimed royalties or licensing fees for proper usage and crediting of the piece.
